Promenade Beach

Rock Beach, also known as Pondicherry Beach (French: Plage de la promenade), is a prominent stretch of beachfront in the city of Puducherry, India, along the Bay of Bengal. Spanning 1.2 kilometers, it begins at War Memorial and extends to Dupleix Park on Goubert Avenue.

Auroville

Auroville (/ˈɔːrəvɪl/; City of Dawn, French: Cité de l'aube) is an experimental township located in the Viluppuram district, predominantly in the state of Tamil Nadu, India, with some portions extending into the Union Territory of Pondicherry. Founded in 1968 by Mirra Alfassa, known as "the Mother," it was designed by architect Roger Anger.

Sadhana Forest

Sadhana Forest is an international, volunteer-based non-profit organization focused on educating local citizens and volunteers about environmental renewal and sustainable living. Established in 2003 by Yorit and Aviram Rozin in Auroville, India, Sadhana Forest also addresses reforestation and water conservation in Anse-à-Pitres, Haiti, and Samburu, Kenya. The organization operates as a long-term sustainable development project.
